L’arcada

An ideal area for a small family group. The apartment which has direct access to the porch, is comprised of two rooms, connected through a stone archway, and furnished with two individual beds each .

Garden

Splendid, with lots of colour. Many areas in which to seat, relax and take in the wonderful scenery.

La font

En suite apartment formally the dinning room. Some of the original features in this area are the hand washing fountain ( font) typical of the period, and the window courting seat , designed so couples could talk without their knees touching.
Sleeps 2/3, has one double bed and a day bed.

La riera

A very large and grand room, named for the brook that runs nearby. The stables were sited in this area, so changes had to be made. We have kept the stone arch that leads into the dressing room and bathroom, also ‘La bisbal’ tiling typical of that part of the country.
While laying the floors of La riera, a stone wine making press, was found buried in the ground.
Furnished with one king side bed, two individual beds and one sofa bed.

Self contained large apartment., with a kitchenette concealed behind some antic doors, has a bathroom and a sitting area, one double bed, one single, one sofa bed and lots of natural light.

The Kitchen

The original wooden beams and traditional rustic farm house furniture marks this area as typically Catalan/Mediterranean, also with the Bisbal green/golden tiling and marble sinks and worktops as well as the original fire place and bread making oven.

All of the above make the kitchen an ideal meeting point for the our guests. A place to interchange local and other recipes, and to forge friendships.

Stone Room

Stone room seems a befitting name to this medieval looking dinning room.
This is available for separate letting, together with the state of the art loft and upper gallery areas, an ideal setting for seminars, workshops, company meetings and celebrations., films, publicity shots and recordings.
